Background

I hold a master's degree in counseling from the University of North Texas and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Tammie Shelton, M.Ed, LPC-S, CSC. I have over 20 years of experience as a school counselor working with elementary and middle school students, primarily ages 7–14. 

My counseling approach is primarily solution-focused, while also using an eclectic style to meet each client’s unique needs, recognizing that some of life’s bigger challenges require flexibility, depth, and individualized care. I enjoy supporting children, adolescents, and parents, and I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical tools.
